人牙釉质含矿量的掩模图象扫描自动定量分析的研究
Quantitative Analysis of Mineral Contents in Human Tooth Enamel by Automatic Image Mask Scanning
【摘要】 运用数学形态学和计算机掩模扫描方法,建立了掩模图象自动分析TOOTH.SCA软件和方法,并应用于氟化物(NaF)对人牙釉质矿物影响的自动定量分析。获得龋齿损伤各层脱矿深度、类型和脱矿量。掩模扫描最小尺寸为01μm×01μm。所建立的应用软件和方法,对牙病变的定量研究有着重要意义。
【Abstract】 In light of mathematical morphology and computer mask scanning technique,a software TOOTHSCA for the automatic image analysis of tooth mineral contents has been developed.With the aid of this software,the effect of fluorides on human tooth enamel has been studied.Information,such as types of caries lesion,lesion depth and mineral contents in teeth,can be obtained automatically through computer mask scanning.The minimum size of mask scanning is 01 μm×01 μm.The method is of importance for human tooth protection and tooth pathological studies.
