萃取色谱分离-原子发射光谱测定氧化钐、氧化铕、氧化钆中14个稀土杂质
Determination of 14 Rare Earth Impurities in Sm 2O 3,Eu 2O 3 and Gd 2O 3 of Ultra_high Purity by Extraction Chromatography_Atomic Emission Spectrometry
【摘要】 用2-乙基己基膦酸单2-乙基己酯萃取色谱分离-原子发射光谱测定超高纯Sm2O3、Eu2O3、Gd2O3中痕量稀土杂质,可用于纯度为999999%~9999999%(不含非稀土杂质)Sm2O3、Eu2O3、Gd2O3的纯度分析,14个稀土杂质的回收率在67%~133%之间,相对标准偏差±64%~±184%,分离周期10~14h。
【Abstract】 A chemical separationatomic emission spectrometric method was established for the determination of 14 rare earth impurities in Sm 2O 3,Eu 2O 3 and Gd 2O 3 of ultrahigh purity(99 9999%~ 99 99999 %).Extraction chromatography with mono2ethylhexyl2ethylhexyl phosphonate (commercial name:P507) as the stationary phase was employed for the separation of rare earth impurities. All the rare earth impurities were eluted with HCl+NH 4Cl solution and 4 mol·L -1 HCl solution. The impurities were then determined by atomic emission spectrometry .The recoveries are 67%~133%, while the relative standard deviations are 6 4%~18 4%.The separation period is 10~14 h.
