【Abstract】 This paper introduced a kind of transmit-receive device which is controlled by Single-chip microcomputer with a big communication buffer memory and has a geneals adapter. The device can communicate with other computers by one of four methods such as parallel-serial, parallel-parallel, serial-parallel and serial-serial.
