【摘要】 汕头石大桥是一座主跨为５１８ｍ的公路海斜拉桥，大桥全长约１０００ｍ，其中钢梁长７１８ｍ。钢梁纵向为６３段，梁段长１２ｍ，横向分成５块。钢梁段最大尺寸：宽９ｍ，高３ｍ，长１２ｍ，最重６５ｔ，由宝鸡桥梁厂制造，运往工地焊接安装。本文简述了该桥的工程概况和结构特点，着重阐述钢梁制造前期的技术准备和生产准备工作，并结合钢梁制造难点，提出制造工艺和质量控制等对策，保证了钢梁制造和桥梁工程的顺利完成。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Changshi bridge at shantou city is an extra long highway oversea cable stayed bridge with a main span of 718 m.The total length of this bridge is about 1 000 m with steel girder 718 m in length.The whole steel girder is divided longitudinally into 63 sections whose length is 12 m and divided transversally into 5 block.The maximum dimensions of the steel girder sections are width 9 m,height 3 m,length 12 m and weight 65 t.The steel girder sections were manufactured by Baoji Bridge Factory and were erected in situ by welding and assembly.This paper introduces briefly the engineering situation and the structural porperties of the bridge and expounds emphatically the technical and productive preparatory works before the manufacture of the steel girder sections.Combined with the difficulties of its manufacture,the countermeasures of manufacture technology,quality control,etc,are proposed so as to guarantee the manufacture of steel girder and the engineering of bridge.更多还原
