【摘要】 分析和总结了聊城市旱涝灾害的基本特征及成因机制，并提出防灾、减灾的对策．
【Abstract】 For withstanding natural calamities,the essential features and contributing factor about the drought and waterlogging of Liaocheng city have been analysed and summarized;besides,the countermeasure to prevent and decrease calamities has been preliminarily researched
