【Abstract】 With the development of the economy and rising of the population, the water resources in Shanxi per person trends to be lowerand lower. The difference between the demand and the supply becomes more and more. The situation of wastewater discharge and groundwater over-drilling has resulted the serious pollution. Therefore, the government must strengthen the construction of legal system, develop human resources,strengthen the construction of water conservancy project, save on water and make the all society to pay attention to management of the water resources and protection of water environment.更多还原
