人精子体外获能最佳时间的选择
Selection on the Best Suitable Time of in Vitro Capacitation
【摘要】 为了探讨精子获能时间对精子活力的影响,以选择适当的时间进行体外受精.本文对59例准备进行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的病人丈夫精液进行洗涤,观察获能,于1、3、6、24、48h检测精子活率与活力的变化.结果表明,活率(M)、活力良好精子百分率(a+b%)、活力指数(AI)在6h内无显著性变化;而高活力精子(a%)在6h前显著增加.这些结果提示:精子体外受精前需要3~6h的获能时间.
【Abstract】 We discussed the effect of capacitation time on sperm motility in order to choose the most suitable time of in vitro insemination. The sperm of 59 patients who were ready to accept 1VF -ET was washed. We observed the changes of motility and percentage of motile sperms during in vitro capacitation for 1,3,6,24.48 hours respectivily. These dates showed that percentage of motile sperms and a + b% and AI had no significant difference during capacitation for 6 hours (P > 0. 05). However, a% were obviously increased during capacitation for 6 hours (P<0. 05). These findings suggest that it is necessary to wait 3 to 6 hours before in vitro insemination.
