【摘要】 采用剖胸修补加OB胶粘合等综合治疗自发性食管破裂5例,均取得了食管修补口、胸部切口Ⅰ期愈合。该方法是在胸腔冲洗干净、食管裂口清创后,不游离出食管,进行破口的间断全层缝合。在食管修补口及其四周涂OB胶后,迅速膨肺,使肺组织与食管修补口及其四周紧密粘合。最后用50％葡萄糖加红霉素配成的粘连剂反复涂抹肺表面及壁层的胸膜表面,安置闭式引流管后关闭胸腔。更多还原

【Abstract】 :The article was reported 5 patients with spontameous ruprure of esophagus by thoracotomy and covered by glue. Every wound was healed by first intention. The method is irriagating the thoracic cavity, cleaning the wound of esophagus, Closing in layerrs and applying OB glue locally. After expanding the lumgs, we reinforced the surface of lungs and parietal pleura with adhesives, fixed a pleural closed drainage and then closed the chest.更多还原
