【摘要】 经实验:诺氟沙星和维生素C注射液在25℃0—4h内。经UV—1601紫外/可见分光光度的测定吸收峰/谷、曲线均发生改变,pH值变化不大,但澄明度检查,微粒增多,说明二药合用有物理、化学变化发生。据推算4h内诺氟沙星的含量下降了19％以上。二药混合配伍属于不合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 After determination by UV - 1601 SpL-cuoplometry, we found that the peak -ABS. val’v ? ABS and the carve of commixture of Norfloxacin injection and Vitamin C injection had changed at 25 C , in 4h.
