【摘要】 应用ABC免疫亲和组化方法检测了西非单叶豆(BSL)、花生凝集素(PNA)、双花扁豆凝集素(DBA)和荆豆凝集素(UEA)在肝癌及癌旁组织中的表达。结果显示四种凝集素在肝癌及癌旁组织中表现出不同的阳性率;肝癌PNA阳性表达率>BSL和DBA>UEA(P<0.05),而癌旁组织中的BSL阳性表达率显著高于其他三种(P<0.05);PNA和DBA在癌组织中阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织。且各种凝集素在肝癌及癌旁组织阳性定位亦不同,表明细胞发生癌变时细胞表面的糖链结构发生了变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 With ABC immunoaffinitive histochemical technique, four agglutinins, bandeiraea simpUcifolia (BSL), peanut agglutinin (PNA)> ulexeuropaeus agglutinin (UEA), and dolichos biflorus agglutinin (DBA), were detected to show their expression in the hepatocarcinoma (HCC) and hepatocarcinoma surrounding tissues (HST). These four lectins displayed different positive rate in HCC and HST respectively. In HCC, the positive rate of PNA was the highest among the four (P<0. 05), and the positive rate of UEA was the lowest. While in HST, the positive rate of BSL was significantly higher than that of the other three (P<0- 05). the positive rate of PNA and DBA shown in HCC was remarkablly higher than that in HST.
