【Abstract】 With the development of genetic engineering it has become a routine procedure to produce recombinant mammalian protein from microbial cells.Now more and more genetic recombinant proteins have been cloned to the E.coli and other bacteria in Lab.But most highly expressed recombinant proteins from bacteria always form inclusion bodies,which have no native structures and no biological activities.This is the chief question that the genetic engineering is facing when it comes to the industrial production.In this paper we describe the new methods and development in the research of purification and refolding of recombinant proteins.更多还原
