【Abstract】 The changes of erythrocyte geometric shape were observed with scaning electron microscopy in rats. In the sham operation group, the erythrocytes were typical of a biconcave disc. However, in the obstructive jaundice group, there were lots of poikilo-cytes with irregular size and atypical shape such as semisphere bulge, cake - like, bowl - like or even broken erythrocytes,It sug-gests that hyperbile - acid injures erythrocytes, which may lead to tissue anoxid.更多还原
