注水系统的计算方法
A METHOD OF HYDRAULIC CALCULATION FOR WATER INJECTION SYSTEMS
【摘要】 提高注水系统效率、降低能耗和精确实施合理的注水方案、控制含水率上升速度是中高含水率油田开发中的两个重要技术问题。注水系统的流量和压力分布的计算是解决上述两个问题的技术基础。本文首次提出了用大系统分解迭代方法,解决油田大型注水系统的上述计算问题,并提出“压力谷”新概念将注水系统分解成子系统,克服了水力系统耦合强的困难,保证了上述算法的收敛性。文中给出了注水系统的通用模型和通用计算方法,应用于分解后的各子系统,简化了建模、计算和编程工作。该算法已从理论上证明是严格收敛的,并被编成计算机程序,应用于油田大型注水系统。
【Abstract】 his paper presents a decompositioniterative calculation method for hydrodynamic calculation of large scale water injection systems.It is the key technology for raising efficiency of water injection system and accurate implement of waterflood project.The two problems are important for production and development of high watercut oilfields.Decomposing a water injection system into subsystems according to “pressure valleys” which is a new concept given by authors can ensure convergence of the iterative calculation method above.This paper also presents an universal modelling and calculation method for water injection networks,it simplize the modelling calculatiing and programming.This method is programmed in a software package,and the package is applied in the large scale water injection system in Daqing Oil field.
