【摘要】 目的探求内皮素（Endothelin，ET）及降钙素基因相关肽（calcitoniningene-relatedpeptide，CGRP）在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）时的变化。方法用放免法动态监测了18例HIE儿出生dl、d5血浆ET、CGRP的浓度，并与18例对照组比较。结果HIE组血浆ET、CGRP水平出生dl比对照组显著升高，经治疗5d后较前显著下降，治疗前后ET与CGRP呈正相关性。结论HIE时因缺氧缺血ET产生释放增多，CGRP因对ET有拮抗作用，在HIE时的升高可能是一种代偿机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Department of pediatrics, First Affiliated H0spital of Beijing Medical University Objectives To observe the changes of Endothelin (ET) and caicitonin in gene-related peptide(CGRP)in the newborns with HIF. Methods The concentration of ET and CGRP were detected in 18 patients with radioimmunoassay on the first and fifth day after birth respectively compared with l8 healthy babies in control group.Results The levels of ET and CGRP were significantly higherin patients than in controls on the firs1 day and then declined on the fifth day. A positive c0rreIatio11 between pre treatment and post treatment of both ET and CGRP,was found. Conclusion More ET was produced and released in hypoxic ischemic situation, and the raising concentration of CGRP may be a complementary mechanism because CGRP Possesses a function that can resist the action of ET.更多还原
