在FX-02沸石催化剂上苯与乙烯烷基化反应的工艺条件研究
STUDIES ON THE OPERATING CONDITIONS OF ALKYLATION OF ETHYLENE WITH BENZENE OVER ZEOLITE CATALYST FX 02
【摘要】 采用一种新的制备乙苯的烷基化反应工艺条件,在气-液-固三相的反应状态下考察反应温度、压力、苯/乙烯摩尔比和苯质量空速对以改性β沸石为主要活性组分的FX-02催化剂性能的影响。在初步试验的基础上,应用均匀设计方法找出FX-02催化剂上苯与乙烯烷基化反应的最适宜工艺条件,在FX-02催化剂上,当反应温度为150~175℃,反应压力为0.8~1.2MPa,苯的质量空速为4h-1,苯与乙烯摩尔比为6~8时,苯与乙烯可顺利地进行烷基化反应,乙烯的转化率达到100%,乙苯的选择性超过95%。
【Abstract】 The operating conditions for producing ethylbenzene using catalyst with a modified beta zeolite as main component at 3 phase state were studied. The optimum conditions for the alkylation reaction were in a temperature of 150 ̄175 ℃, a pressure of 0.8 ̄1.2 MPa, a benzene WHSV of 4 and a benzene to ethylene ratio of 6 ̄8. Under these conditions, the conversion of ethylene was 100% and the selectivity of ethylbenzene was more than 95.0%.
