【摘要】 目的：建立一种Ｘ线头影测量分析的新方法，并建立相应的正常值。方法：选择符合Ａｎ－ｄｒｅｗｓ正常牙合、面部比例协调的中国人８０例，男女各４０例，平均年龄２１．９岁，通过测量常用参照平面与Ｎ－Ｍｅ夹角的均数、标准差、最小值、最大值及极差。结果：发现Ｂｏ－Ｎ－Ｍｅ均数非常接近６０°，且具有最小的标准差和极差。依据与Ｂｏｌｔｏｎ平面呈６０°角平面为参考平面，称之为鼻根垂直线（ｎａｓｉｏｎｖｅｒｔｉｃａｌ，ＮＶ），建立一种Ｘ线头影测量方法。结论：鼻根垂直线分析方法是一种全新的头影测量新方法，可同时对上颌与颅骨、下颌与颅骨、上下颌基骨、牙齿与颅骨、牙齿与基骨以及面部垂直关系作出评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develope a new method for lateral cephalometrics and obtain norms for Chinese adults based on the new method.Method:Lateral cephalometric radiographs of 80 young adults (40 women and 40 men) aged 21.9 years by mean with Andrews normal occlusions and well ballanced faces were involved in the present study and Bo-N-Me angle of each was measured.The data were analysed statistically.Results:Angle Bo-N-Me was about 60 degree and had the least standard deviation and range.A line,60 degree to Bolton plane,was used as the reference line,and named nasion vertical(NV).Conclusion:NV based cephalometric analysis is a new and practical method for cephalometric evaluation,providing the judgement of maxilla to cranium,mandible to cranium,inter apical bases,teeth to cranium,teeth to teeth,teeth to bone and to vertical dimension of the face.更多还原
