水平径向钻井钻柱通过转向器工况分析

【摘要】 简要地介绍了水平径向钻井系统的基本结构和作用原理,分析了钻柱通过转向器的受力情况及径向井眼阻力R对钻柱通过转向器阻力岭的影响。由对转向器以上一段钻柱稳定性的分析,认为不宜以钻井液作用在钻柱上端的推力作为钻柱动力,欲使钻柱安全地工作,转向器以上一段钻柱应为拉杆。由钻柱所受径向井眼阻力R的变化,讨论了钻柱通过转向器的运动情况。指出要钻更长的径向水平并段,必须减小或消除径向井眼阻力R。为此,应在转向器、高压水射流破岩钻井技术、钻柱运动控制技术和井眼轨迹控制技术等四个方面加强研究。

【Abstract】 The fundamental structure and principle of ultra-short radius radial system are intreduced briefly. Forces on thedrillstring passing through the whipstock and the effect of resisting force R from the radial hole on the resisting force Nycoming from the whipstock are analyzed. Based on an analysis of the stability of the drillstring above the whipstock, it isindicated that the thrust exerted on the upper end of the drillstring by the drill fluid should not be taken as the drivingpower of the drillstring, and the drillstring above the whipstock should be a tensile tube to ensule safe operation of thedrillstring. According to the variation of the resisting foree R, the motion of the drillstring passing through the whipstockis discussed, and it is pointed out that, to drill long radial bole, R should be reduced or eliminated. Thereby further in-vestigation in the whipstock, high pressure water jet drilling, control of drillstring motion, and control of wellbore trajec-tory should be conducted.
