【摘要】 涡轮钻具轴向间隙调整是否正确，对涡轮钻具性能和工作寿命有极大的影响。鉴于此，分析了涡轮钻具装配过程中轴向间隙的变化规律：一是涡轮转子压紧时轴向间隙发生变化；二是涡轮定子压紧时轴向间隙发生变化。讨论了装配过程中上紧力矩与轴向力的关系，以及轴向力引起涡轮钻具各零件变形的大小及方向。在此基础上提出了在装配过程中正确调节涡轮钻具轴向间隙的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Accuracy of adjustinent of end play of a turhodrill has great influence on the pefformance and seivice life of the tur-therill. The variation pattem of end play of tuborills during assembling is investigated, and it is pointed out that endplay will change while both the rotor and stator is compressed. The relationship between the fastening tonyue and drialforce is discussed, and the deformation of evely component part of the turbodrill caused by the axial force is analyzed.Thereby the method for adjusting coriectly the end play of turbedrills during assedling is offered.更多还原
