用数值分析法确定液力传动钻机的运行参数
Determining operating parameters of hydraulic rig by numerical method
【摘要】 针对很难通过解析法或作图法准确求出液力传动钻机全部运行参数的问题,利用数值分析方法对YB900型变矩器和PZ12V190B柴油机特性曲线进行了三次样条插值,把特性曲线当作分段解析函数,根据变矩器原理及相似理论,导出了变矩器输出扭矩与传动比的一元函数关系式。由于函数的单调性,涡轮扭矩又取决于载荷,故对任一载荷便可迭代出相应的传动比,从而可确定变矩器和柴油机联合工作点和全部系统运行参数。计算实例表明,这个方法不仅方便可行,而且可为优选钻井参数,提高系统效率及运行经济性提供参考。
【Abstract】 It is very difficult to determine all the operating parfimeters of a hydraulic rig by the analytic method or graphic method, therefore cubic spline inteaplation is made for the characteristic curves of Model YB900 torque converter and Model PZ12V19B diesel engine. By taking the characteristic curves as sectional analytic functions, based on the principle of the torque converter and the theory of similarity, the functional relation between the output torque of the torque converter and its transmission ratio is derived. The function monotonically decreases with the increase of the transmission ratio, the torque on the turbine is decided by the load, the transmission ratio under any load can be determined by the iteration method. Thereby the jointed working point of the torque converter and the diesel engine and all operating parameters of the rig can be determined. An example of calculation shows that the above-mentioned method is feasible, and is helpful to optimizing drilling parameters, improving the efficiency of drilling system and ensuring the system running economically.
