高粘原油降粘剂
Viscosity Reductant of Highly Viscous Crude Oil
【摘要】 介绍由聚合物AEMV和非离子表面活性剂复配成的高粘原油降粘剂的组成及作用原理,并在50℃及剪切速率100s-1条件下,测试粘度为5500mPa·s的高粘原油的降粘降凝效果.结果表明∶当降粘剂加入量为0.4%时,原油的粘度下降了52.6%,凝点降低14℃.因而这是一种同时具备降粘降凝两种效果的降粘剂.
【Abstract】 In this thesis, the composition and principle of action of a kind of viscosity reductant, which is composed of polymer AEMV and non ionic surfactant, for highly viscous crude oil was introduced. The effect of the viscosity reductant on highly viscous crude oil, which viscosity is 5 500 mPa·s under conditions of temperature 50 ℃, shearing rate 100 s -1 , was also measured. When the dosage was 0.4 %, the viscosity of crude oil reduced by 52.6 %, and pour point reduced by 14 ℃. Thus, the viscosity reductant is of functions both reducing viscosity and pour point.
