环戊二烯与甲醇制备甲基环戊二烯中催化剂的研究
Study on Catalyst Used for Methylation of Cyclopentadiene
【摘要】 由Al2O3负载碱金属氧化物制备用于环戊二烯甲基化的催化剂.通过TPD与表面积的测定,考察不同制备方法及碱金属组成对催化剂酸碱中心强度的影响.结果表明:由混合法制备的催化剂有较强的酸中心,且混合法制备的催化剂的表面积明显大于同组成的由浸渍法制备的催化剂的表面积.负载有碱性氧化物的Al2O3催化剂中酸强度顺序为:MgO/Al2O3>K2O/Al2O3>BaO/Al2O3.碱强度顺序为:K2O/Al2O3>MgO/Al2O3≈BaO/Al2O3.
【Abstract】 The catalyst used for the methylation of cyclopentadiene was prepared from Al 2O3 with supported alkali oxid.The effect of different preparation method and components were determined by TPD and specific surface area.It’s shown that the catalyst prepared by mixing method have stronger acidity and bigger specific surface area than the catalyst which have same components prepared by impregranation method.The order of acidity in these catalysts is MgO/Al 2O3>K2O/Al 2O3>BaO/Al2O3.The order of basicity is K2O/Al2O3>MgO/Al2O3≈BaO/Al 2O 3.
