【摘要】 基于ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ协议，在局域网环境下，采用了全双工声卡、双套接字及双缓冲区技术，实现了点到点的全双工、准实时语音传输，详细讨论了引起时延的原因，并给出了建立双套接字的方法、全双工及双缓冲区使用的机制。在ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ９５的对等网络、ＮＴＳｅｒｖｅｒ４．０进行了实验，经测试，时延小于５００ｍｓ，声音不失真，双工效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on TCP/IP protocol the point-to-point voice communication is realized under LAN ,which is full duplex and quasi-real time .Full duplex card, dual socket technology, voice recording and playing are used. Reasons caused delay are discussed .The methods about how to set dual socket and how to program full duplex card are given .Via testing on Windows 95 peer to peer net ,the time delay of voice transmission is only 500 ms,and so on NT Server4.0 net.更多还原
