振动时效对焊件抗应力腐蚀的影响及机理分析

【摘要】 振动时效对焊件抗应力腐蚀的影响及机理分析是工程技术界一个新课题。通过振动时效前后焊接试件的应力腐蚀实验,得出了振动时效能提高焊件抗应力腐蚀的结论,振动时效后焊缝区的腐蚀电流和腐蚀速度比振动时效前的降低了36.53%,热影响区降低了56.20%。以振动时效机理和应力腐蚀机理中阳极溶解理论为基础,解释了振动时效提高焊件抗应力腐蚀的本质。

【Abstract】 The effect of vibratory stress relies (VSR) of weldement and its mechenim analysis is a new subject in engineering. VSR improve the stress corrosion resistance of weldement and can reduce corrosion electrical currunt and corrosion rate of weldment, corrosion deepth being reduced 36.53 %, heating effect field being reduced 56.20 %, by making experiment. On the basis of VSR and the theory of positive dissolving in stress corrosion, the nature of stress corrosion resistance of the weldment was explained.
