镍基超细粒子负载型催化剂的加氢反应性能研究(I)——催化剂制备方法的影响
Study of Hydrogenation Performance of Ultrafine Particle Supported Nickle Catalyst(I)——Influence of Preparation method
【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶法、浸渍法、球磨法制备了低镍含量的镍基超细粒子负载型催化剂。采用BET、TPR、XRD、IR及SEM等方法考察制备方法对催化剂基本性质的影响;用苯加氢生成环己烷的反应,在固定床微反装置上考察制备方法对催化剂加氢反应性能的影响。实验结果表明,溶胶-凝胶法制得的催化剂体系有优良的表面性质,有效地改善了催化剂的加氢性能,这对于提高镍基催化剂的工业应用范围有着重大的意义。
【Abstract】 In this paper, low nickle contented ultrafine particle supported nickle cataysts were prepared by sol-gel, impregnating and milling method respectively、BET、TPR、XRD、IR and SEM were used to examine the influence of different preparation method on properties of catalysts. Their catalytic performance for cyclohexane synthesis from benzene and hydrogen were evaluated on a continuous flow fixed bed reactor. The result showed that the catalyst prepared by sol-gel method exhibits good surface properties. It can improve the hydrogenation performane of catalysts effectively.
