催化裂化柴油氮化物的络合萃取
Study on Complexation Extraction of Nitrogen Compounds from Catalytic Diesel Oil
【摘要】 用95%乙醇和微量萃取剂(水溶性Lewis酸)组成的复合溶剂对催化裂化柴油络合萃取以脱除其中的氮化物。结果表明,采用剂油比0.2,催化裂化柴油经络合萃取之后,氮化物特别是碱性氮化物可得到有效的脱除,柴油收率达97%以上,溶剂可循环使用。对萃取所采用的工艺条件进行了试验研究。
【Abstract】 An effective method of complexation extraction for separation of nitrogen compounds from catalytic diesel oil is reported The results show that nitrides,especially basic nitrides,in the diesel oil were effectively extracted with 95% ethanol containing minor amounts of water so luble Lewis acid extracts.The recovery of diesel oil is more than 97%,and the solvent can be regenerated The process has promising prospects
