多波长线性回归-一阶导数分光光度法同时测定原油中的钴和镍
Simultaneous Determination of Cobalt and Nickel in Crude Oil by Multi Wavelength Linear Regression First Derivative Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 以PAR为显色剂,采用多波长线性回归-一阶导数分光光度法同时测定原油中的钴和镍。钴和镍浓度分别在0~15μg/50ml和0~25μg/50ml内服从朗白比尔定律,摩尔吸光系数分别是2.3×105和3.8×105,最低检测限分别是0.003μg/ml和0.004μg/ml。对合成样品和实际样品进行分析并进行加标回收试验,结果良好。
【Abstract】 The derivative spectrophotometric method based on multi wavelength linear regression is described for the simultaneous determination of Co 2+ and Ni 2+ with 4 (2 pyridylazo)resorcinol(PAR).First derivative molar absorptivites of Co and Ni are 2.3×10 5 and 3.8×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 respectively.The detection limit is 0.003μg·ml -1 for Co 2+ and 0.004μg·ml -1 for Ni 2+ .The synthetic samples and crude oil sample were determined by this method with satisfactory results.
