【摘要】 介绍了一种新颖反应型表面活性剂——蓖麻油酸甲酯硫酸铵的合成方法,突出介绍了氨基磺酸作为硫酸化剂的优点,详细讨论了各种因素的影响,得出了最佳工艺条件:配比为蓖麻油酸甲酯:氨基磺酸:催化剂(CAF03)=1.00∶1.05∶0.80,反应时间3h,反应温度120~130℃.

【Abstract】 The method of preparation of a new reactive surfactant-ammoniummethyl ricinoleic acid sulfate were discussed. The advantages of use of sulfamic acid as asulfating agent were emphasized. The factors affecting synthesis were in detail studied andthe optimum conditions were obtained; the molar ratio of methyl ricinoleic acid to sulfamicacid to catalysis(CAF03) was 1: 1. 05:0. 8,the reaction time was 3h,and the temperature was 120~130℃.
