【摘要】 目的：评价用强的松龙局部灌注治疗颅骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的临床应用。方法：３６例经活检病理确诊的单发性颅骨嗜酸性肉芽肿，累及内外板及板障者３５例，累及外板及板障者１例。在透视导向和触摸下局部穿刺灌注强的松龙。结果：全部病例经一次治疗后１周内肿块和疼痛消除。３０例治疗８～２６个月颅骨破坏修复如常，平均治愈期１７个月，随访１２～６９个月无复发。另６例正在治疗中，其中３例颅内板破坏已修复，３例外板破坏正修复中。结论：本疗法是一种治疗颅骨嗜酸性肉芽肿疗效好，无并发症、简便、费用低、方便病人的非手术和非放疗的新方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To evaluate the clinical application of direct injection of prednisolone in treatment of solitary eosinophilic granuloma(SEG) of skull.Methods:36 cases with SEG of skull were proved by biopsy and pathology.The outer and inner tables and diploe of skull were invaded in 35 cases,outer table and diploe were invaded in 1 case.Treatment with local prednisolone injection under fluoroscopic guidance and palpation was utilized in 36 cases.Results:Local pain and soft tissue mass usually subside within 1 week after one time treatment in all patients complete repair of the destructed area of skull as normal was noticed in treatment of 8～26 months in 30 cases,the average healing period was 17 months,and no recurrance followed up for12～69 months.The other 6 cases are treating now.Of them,the destruction of inner ttble had repaired in 3 cases and outer table is repairing in 3 cases.Conclusion:This is a nonsurgical and nonirradiated method,it is of high curative effect,no complication,easy,saving cost and convenient.更多还原
