提高汽油辛烷值的新途径
/ NEW METHODS FOR ENHANCING OCTANE NUMBER OF GASOLINE/
【摘要】 介绍了生产高辛烷值汽油调合组分的两种新方法的工艺和特点。第一种是利用催化蒸馏技术生产甲基叔丁基醚,该工艺充分利用了催化蒸馏这一复合分离技术的优点,并结合以适当的催化剂装填方式,在工业应用上取得了很好的效果。第二种是利用带有再循环的异构化分离组合工艺生产二甲基丁烷和异戊烷,该工艺能够有效地增加汽油中异构烷烃的含量,大幅度地提高汽油辛烷值。
【Abstract】 The new methods for producing the components which will enhance the octane number of gasoline are introduced.The first method is the technique of catalytic distillation to produce MTBE(Methyl tertiary butyl ether).This process utilizes the advantages of catclytic distillation technique and combines the proper arrangement of catalyst structure. It has obtained good effects in industry. The second method is an integrated isomerization with separation process. The recycle of unreacted components is used to produce isopentane and dimethyl butane. This process could enhance the octane number effective by increasing the content of branched paraffines in gasoline.
