【摘要】 使用两种浓度乙酸经皮局部注射治疗小鼠肝癌（Ｈ２２）。分别采用１５％、３０％浓度的乙酸进行瘤内注射硬化治疗，发现３０％浓度组效果更好，各浓度组均未发现对动物体的明显毒副作用，与无水乙醇治疗组相比无显著差异。提示在经皮局部注射治疗肝癌时，对无水乙醇不适合的患者，可采用３０％乙酸更多还原

【Abstract】  For studying the effect of ethyl-acid in the liver carcinoma inmice, 32 NIH mice (body weight 18～22 g,with liver carcinoma)were divided into 4 groups. Injected with ethyl-acid (15 % and 30 %),anhydrous ethanol locally and percutaneusly, normal saline as control. There is significant difference in the volume of livercarcinoma between study and control groups (P<0.01). There is difference in the weight of liver carcinoma between study and control groups(P<0.05).There are no differences between the three study groups(P>0.05). It showed that There is effect of ethyl-acid in the therapy of the liver carcinoma in mice. 更多还原
