高脂血症模型的建立和降血脂作用的研究
Study on the Antihyperlipidemic Action ofDrinking Natural Mineral Water
【摘要】 用高脂饲料喂养大鼠10天,造成高脂血症模型,观察饮用天然矿泉水对大鼠血脂的影响。结果表明:保定康威开发公司提供的双达标优质天然矿泉水(含锶048mg/L,偏硅酸328mg/L)具有明显的降血脂作用。高脂血症大鼠模型,饮用该矿泉水两个月(实验期间继续给高脂饲料),总胆固醇(TC)含量由12807±4657mg/dL降至7711±2752mg/dL,甘油三酯(TG)含量由14411±5439mg/dL降至8797±3604mg/dL,经统计学处理均有显著性差异(P<005)。饮用天然矿泉水能明显降低大鼠的血脂水平,这可能与矿泉水中所含微量元素的综合作用有关。通过测定,矿泉水中除含必需常量元素外,尚含有多种微量元素,如锶、镁、硒、锗、溴等。矿泉水中多种有益的微量元素影响了脂质代谢,使血脂水平下降。关于微量元素作用机理问题,所知较少,还需要进行更多的实验和临床研究加以论证。
【Abstract】 rinking natural mineral water is a kind of beverage on health protection. It was with extensively biological effects because of containing a lot of elements needed for human, but only a few reports of the healthy effects of mineral water have been reported. In this article, we studied the antihyperlipidemic action of drinking mineral water. It was noticed that average values of the rat blood TC and TG decreased markedly after drinking natural mineral water. The results showed a statistically significant difference in blood TC and TG between before and after drinking mineral water (P<0.05).
