【摘要】 为探讨结直肠癌患者手术前后血清唾液酸（Ｓｉａｌｉｃａｃｉｄ，ＳＡ）浓度的变化及临床意义，作者采用单一试剂比色法检测了４５例正常人和５３例结直肠癌患者的血清ＳＡ浓度。结果显示，结直肠癌组血清ＳＡ浓度显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），且Ｄｕｋｅｓ′Ｃ组显著高于Ｄｕｋｅｓ′Ｂ组（Ｐ＜０．０５），Ｄｕｋｅｓ′Ｂ组显著高于Ｄｕｋｅｓ′Ａ组（Ｐ＜０．０５），根治性切除术后各组的血清ＳＡ均显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。表明血清ＳＡ浓度可作为结直肠癌辅助诊断和评估疗效的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 To detect the concentration variation and clinical significance of serum sialic acid (SA) in patients with colorectal cancer,serum concentration of sialic acid was determined by colorimetry with a single reagent in 45 healthy adults and 53 patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) before and after radical operation.The results showed that the average SA level of CRC group was much higher than that of normal controls ( P <0.01).Among 53 patients,the SA concentration was significantly higher in Dukes C group than that in Dukes B group ( P <0.05) and both was obviously highter than that in Dukes A group ( P <0.05).After the radical excision,the serum SA decreased dramatically in all groups ( P <0.05)。These findings suggest that serum concentration of SA may be considered as one of the criteria of accessory diagnosis and evaluation of curative effect for CRC.更多还原
