【摘要】 作者对２０例肺癌、２１例大肠癌患者做了白细胞对抗癌药物敏感性实验，同时以癌细胞药敏实验作对照。发现肺癌病人癌细胞对ＶＰ１６、ＶＤＳ、ＶＣＲ、ＰＹＭ、５－Ｆｕ、ＩＦＯ、ＣＴＸ等药物的敏感性低于白细胞药敏，其中对ＣＴＸ药敏性差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。大肠癌患者癌细胞对八种抗癌药物敏感性高于白细胞，其中对５－Ｆｕ、ＭＭＣ、ＣＴＸ、ＤＤＰ有非常显著的差异（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。发现白细胞对抗癌药物敏感性有肿瘤、个体和药物差异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sensitivities of cancer cells and peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL) from 20 cases of lung cancer and 21 cases of large intestinal cancer, to anticancer drugs were tested by MTT method. The results showed that the sensitivities of lung cancer cells to VP16, IFO, VDS, VCR, PYM, 5Fu and CTX were lower than that of PBL. However,the sensitivities of cancer cells from large intestine to all of 8 kinds of anticancer drug were higher than of PBL from the same patients, especially to 5Fu, MMC,DDP and CTX.
