【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the difference of R-plasmid electropherogram and resistance between parental and it’s L-form. Methods Trans form the R-plasmid to E. cdi,induces to produce it’s L -form. Results The result shows that no difference between their plasmid electropherogarm, L-form possess more resistance to an-tibiotics that effect synthesize of protcin and nuclear acid.更多还原
