红星苹果双相变动气调贮藏应用中的极值研究
Studies on the Extreme Values of the Application of Two Dimension Dynamic Controlled Atmosphere (TDCA) to the Storage of Starking Apple
【摘要】 2个年度、2种起始温度、8个气调指标的严格对比试验结果表明:红星苹果双相变动气调贮藏应用中的O2极值为2%,CO2极值为20%;红星苹果双相变动气调贮藏180天达到商业冷藏水平的最高起始温度为15℃,适宜起始温度为10℃。
【Abstract】 The results of 2 years comparative experiments with 2 beginning temperatures and 8 different TDCA gas compositions showed that when the TDCA is used to the storage of Starking apple,the extreme value of the oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration were 2% and 20% respectively; and the maxium and the optimum beginning temperature were 15℃ and 10℃ respectively,while the storage quality after 180 days storage came up to the level of the commercial cold storage.
