【摘要】 选用经杂交转有的11个Bt抗虫棉品系，进行了抗虫指数与产量构成性状的相关性测定，探讨担棉体内导入外源抗虫基因与其主要经济性状基因的相关性质及程度。结果表明，抗虫指数与产量、铃重呈极显著负相关，相关系数分别为-0．8148，－0．8027。因此提出，抗虫育种应在抗虫性稳定的基础上，保持农分，主攻铃重。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the relativity between the indices of pest-resistane and its yield componentswere dstermined by 11 Bt transgrenic cotton crossed and bred. The correlative characters and degree of theintroduced foreign genes in cotton plant and its main economical character genes were probed into. Theresults showed that there existed extremely negative correlation between pest-resistance index, and yield,boll weight, the coefficient were r=-0. 8148, r=0. 802 respectively Therefore, it was putforward tha on the basis of stable pest-resistance, lint should be kept, boll weight should be increased inpest-meistan breeding.更多还原
