干热处理对番茄种带病菌的防治效果

【摘要】 1995年进行了番茄种带菌的干热处理试验,在70℃下分别处理24,48,72h,采用琼脂平皿试验法检验杀菌效果,吸湿培养法测定种子发芽势、发芽率,玻板直立培养法测定种子生活力。结果表明,24h干热处理对种子表面真菌、细菌的防效分别达到77%和93%,48h处理的防效分别达到90%和93%,并且不影响种子发芽和种子生活力。

【Abstract】 In 1995, the experiment of dry-heat treatment on the seedcarried fungi in tomato was conducted. The sterilizing effect was determined by an agrose petri-dish method and the germination vigour and late was determined by an absorbent method. The result showed that the coned effect of dry-heat treatment at 70℃ on fungi and bacteria reached 77% and 93%,90% and 93% respectively during 24h and 48h treatments. The seed germination and vigour have not been affected.
