稀土浸渍处理对β沸石结构、酸性和催化性能的影响

【摘要】 考察了稀土镧和铈浸渍改性对β沸石物理化学性质的影响。结果表明,Ce2O3在沸石表面上的存在形态与浸渍量有关,浸渍量较高时部分Ce2O3以结晶态的形式存在,La2O3只有无定形高分散态一种形式;在改性过程中,部分稀土氧化物进入β沸石的孔道;经铈改性后沸石的强酸中心减少,镧改性后沸石B酸中心显著减少。萘的甲基化反应结果表明,沸石表面形成的结晶态Ce2O3能改善Hβ的催化性能,提高催化剂的初活性,改善催化剂的稳定性。

【Abstract】 Effects of rare earth Ce and La impregnation on physical and chemical properties of β zeolite were investigated.Amount of Ce 2O 3 impregnated has an important effect on its state of existing over Hβ.When the impregnation amount is high,a part of Ce 2O 3 is found to be crystallized.La 2O 3 exists only in amorphous highly dispersed.During the impregnation,a part of rare earth oxide can enter into channels of β zeolite.Ce impregnation can decrease the amount of strong acidic sites of β zeolite.La impregnation can significantly decrease the amount of B acidic sites of β zeolite.Results of catalytic reactions show that the crystallite Ce 2O 3 on the surface of β zeolite can improve the catalytic properties of Hβ in the methylation of naphthalene.
