苯酚与甲醇合成苯甲醚沸石催化剂的研究
RESEARCH ON ZEOLITE CATALYST FOR SYNTHESIS OFMETHYL PHENYL ETHER WITH PHENOL ANDMETHANOL
【摘要】 在Hβ、HY、HZSM-5三种分子筛上研究了苯酚与甲醇的烷基化反应。HY分子筛较佳的反应条件为:温度453~473K,空速0.5~2.0h-1,醇/酚摩尔比1~3。较低反应温度和弱酸中心有利于氧上的烷基化反应。改性氧化物的酸碱性与含量明显影响烷基化反应活性和苯甲醚的选择性。酸性氧化物改性HY分子筛可增加催化剂的选择性和反应稳定性。
【Abstract】 Alkylation of phenol with methanol on Hβ,HY and HZSM5 zeolite catalyts has been investigated.On HY zeolite,the preferable reaction conditions are at the temperature of 453~473K,WHSV of 05~20h-1,and methanol to phenol molar ratio of 1~3.Lower reaction temperature and weak acid sites favor the Oalkylation reaction.Acidbase property of oxide modifier as well as its concentration has significant effects on the alkylation activity and the selectivity of methyl phenyl ether.Modification of HY zeolite with acidic oxide enhances it′s selectivity and the stability in the alkylation reaction.
