PTC陶瓷用二氧化钛超细粉料制备条件的研究
The Studies on the Preparation Conditions of the TiO 2 Micropowder Used in PTC Ceramics
【摘要】 TiO2物理性能可直接影响的显微结构和电性能。采用TiCl4水热法制备了PTC电子陶瓷用TiO2微粉。并研究了水解条件、晶种制备条件及分散添加剂对TiO2物理性能(晶体形状、粒径、粒度分布及晶型等)的影响。用TiO2粉料制成PTC元件并进行电性能测试
【Abstract】 The physical properties of TiO 2 can directly influence its microscopic structure and electrical property.TiCl 4 was hydrolyzed by heating to prepare TiO 2 micropowder used in PTC ceramics.The effects of hydrolysis conditions,seed crystal preparation conditions and dispersing additive on TiO 2 physical properties such as grain size,grain shape,particle distribution and crystal form etc,were studied.The electrical properties of the PTC ceramics component made of this TiO 2 powder were tested.
