【Abstract】 The physical properties of TiO 2 can directly influence its microscopic structure and electrical property.TiCl 4 was hydrolyzed by heating to prepare TiO 2 micropowder used in PTC ceramics.The effects of hydrolysis conditions,seed crystal preparation conditions and dispersing additive on TiO 2 physical properties such as grain size,grain shape,particle distribution and crystal form etc,were studied.The electrical properties of the PTC ceramics component made of this TiO 2 powder were tested.更多还原
