【Abstract】 In September 1997,Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Shaanxi Provincial Government firstly carried out market adjustment and freely managing chemical fertilizer under macroscopic adjustment and control.It concludes three advantages brought by chemical fertilizer being freely managed in market as one kind of opportunity and condition.Then,it analyses four big difficult problems in present chemical fertilizer’s production and sales.Finally,it puts forward five considered countermeasures for the present situation.更多还原
