甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯的合成研究
Study on Synthesis of β-hydroxyethyl Methacrylate
【摘要】 以十六烷基三甲基氢氧化铵为催化剂和对苯二酚为阻聚剂,由甲基丙烯酸甲酯和乙二醇合成了甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯。通过正交实验获得了最佳反应条件:反应温度100℃~110℃,反应时间2.5h,酯醇摩尔比1∶1.5,催化剂用量为9.0ml。HEMA的产率为92.3%。
【Abstract】 β-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) was synthesized from methyl methacrylate (MMA) and ethylene glycol with cetyl trimethylammonium hydroxide as catalyst and 1,4-dihydroxybenzene as polymerization inhibitor. After orthognal experiments, the optimum reaction conditions have been obtained:reaction temperature 100℃ ̄110℃, reaction time 2.5 h, MMA-ethylene glycol molar ratio 1∶1.5, and the consumption of catalyst 9.0 ml. The yield of HEMA is 92.3%.
