【Abstract】 The methods of key parameters for design of silting basin are introduced, including the sediment transportation laws of heavy silt carrying river, sediment grading, analysis of harmful particle size, selection of sedimentation rate and operation scheme, determination of parameters of silting basin size, and layout of project.
