【Abstract】 Based on the preparation of the fluorescence-labeled antibodies to rabies virus(RV)nucleoprotein(NP),a rapid fluorescein focus inhibition test(RFFIT)for detectingneutralizing antibodies to rabies viruswas established.The reproducibility,specificity andsensitivity of the method were compared with the mice neutralization test(MNT)andshowed no significant difference.In most cases,the method could be used for detecting RVneutralizing antibodies instead of MNT.更多还原
