碘缺乏区学龄儿童体内影响智商水平的非碘元素作用模式及其研究方法
The Acting-Patterns of Non-Iodine Elements Effecting the IQ level in Bodies of School Children in Iodine Deficient Areas and It’s Investigative Method
【摘要】 应用因子分析法研究学龄儿童体内影响智商水平的非碘元素作用模式.结果表明:学龄儿童体内非碘元素作用模式有三种即:协同效应(ZnCaMg及FeCu)、拮抗效应(ZnFe及ZnCu)及单离子效应(SeMnCuFe).高、低智商组作用模式基本相同,协同效应(ZnCaMg)相对较为重要,中智商组单离子效应(Mn)则显得较为重要.结合文献[1,2],体内非碘元素作用模式及其水平是影响病区学龄儿童智商水平的重要非碘因素.
【Abstract】 There are three acting-patterns,obtained by the factor analysis,of non-iodine ele-ments effecting the IQ level in bodies f school children in iodine deficient areas.These patterns are alled synergism effection(Zn Ca Mg and Fe Ca),antagonism effection(Zn Fe and Zn Cu) and single ion effection(Se Mn Fe Cu).The pattern of high and low IQ group is similar basically and synergism effection(Zn Ca Mg)is more important.The single ion effection(Mn)for moder-ate IQ group is more important.The attern and the level of non-iodine elements,combined with reported article[1,2],are important non-iodine factor effecting the IQ level of school children in iodine deficient areas.
