【Abstract】 The internal relations between resistance and membrane lipid fluidity of various breeds have long been the important content in the study of biology. The thesis ahos to probe into this subject. In accordance with the research method anhoal cell-membrane, we used exposed plant cell-protplasm to make a study of membrane. And we. taxing NPN as the fluorescent exploring agent- further utilised polarhation of nuorescence to carry out the determination of membrane lipid micromucosity and membrane lipid nuidity at different tempratures. A large number of data confirmed the interrelations between resistance and membrane lipld nuidity of various breeds.
