【摘要】 目的：研究食管责门癌手术后心律的变化。方法：回顾性分析523例食管贲门癌患者外科手术后常规心电图（ECG）。结果：发现心律失常者83例，总发生率为15．87％。发生率居前3位者均为室上性心律失常，依次为：窦性心动过速、心房颤动、房性早搏，有的还同时兼有2种或3种心律失常。结论：提示上述心律失常可能与手术过程中的某些因素有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the arrhythmias after operations of esophgeal and cardiac carcinoma. Method: 523cases ECG of the patients who suffered from the esophageal and cardiac carcinoma were reviewed and analysed. The ECGhad been checked up in 2 ～ 72 home after the operations. Result: It showed that there were 83 arrhythmias foundpostoperatively and the attack rate was 15.87%. The frequency of the supraventricular arrhythmias were higher than others.Arrhythmias in this group of patients included sinus tachycardia, atrial fibrillation and atrial premature complex. Somepatients appeared 2 or 3 kinds of arrhythmias in the same time. Conelusion: It is suggested that the abnormalities of theECG in some patiens may possibly related with some factors in the proceeding of the surgical operations.更多还原
