【摘要】 用MTF法观察已经用于AIDS治疗的有效中草药ZL体外对免疫细胞的激活效应。结果表明，大剂量ZL对脾细胞有细胞毒效应，ZL25－200μg/ml可激活脾细胞，其激活百分率可达128％。ZL对胸腺细胞无明显激活作用。ZL对脾细胞ConA协同刺激亦无明显作用。ZL体外可有效杀伤S180肿瘤细胞，故而ZL亦可用于肿瘤的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 ZL is one kind of traditional Chinese herbs that was effectively used in the heatment of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). Here, the activating effect of ZL on immune cells and the cytotoxic effect of ZL on tumor cells were reported. ZL was double diluted with RPMI 1640 medium containing 10% FCS from 3200 to 25μg/ml as final concentration, 0. 1ml/well was added to 96 well plates, splenocyte 6 × 106/ml, 0. 1ml/well was added to wells, incubated in 37℃, 5% CO2 for 36h,then discarded the old medium, added 0. 1ml new medium to wells, MTT 10μl (5mg/ml) /well to all wells, developed for 4h in 37℃, 5% CO2, cytolytic solution 0. 1ml/well was added, and put in 37℃for overnight, read the A value in a BIO - RAD 3550 - UV microplate reader, using measurable wavelength of 570nm, a reference wavelength of 630 um. The results showed that, ZL had activating effect for mouse splenocyte: ZL From 25μg/ml to 200μg/ml, splenocyte activity was increased more than 120%, in the ZL concentration of 100, 50, 25μg/ml, the splenocyte activities were 128%,128% and 125% respectively. ZL had no obvious effect for thymocyte activity and co - stimulating effect with ConA for splenocyte proliferation. The treatment effeCt of ZL might be linked to the splenocyte activating effect of ZL. In addition, ZL had a strong cytotoxic effect on tumor cell S180, which indicated that, ZL might be used for the treatment of cancer.更多还原
