【摘要】 永定河上游乌盟重点治理区第一、二期工程从1983年开始启动，共完成68条小流域综合治理，累计完成治理面积702．33km2。治理区群众以重点工程为依托，合理调整产业结构，以建设基本农田为突破口，大力发展林果业、畜牧业，取得了显著的经济效益，人均产粮由1982年的不足300kg增加到500多kg，纯收入由治理前的一二百元提高到上千元，农业总产值比治理前翻了近两番，使大部分群众实现了脱贫致富。更多还原
