【Abstract】 Capillary electrochromatography is the combination of high performance liquid chromatography and capillary electrophoresis. In capillary electrochromatography, the choice of mobile phases depends on the one hand, the stationary phases and samples to be separated, and on the other hand, the conducting buffer. In this paper, the mixture of organic solvent and buffer was used as mobile phases, and the different ion strength of buffer was found to influence the separation. How the ion strength influences the separation behavior on a packed ODS column is discussed.更多还原
